Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
We're proud of our products and know that they're the best in the industry. That said, we know that issues may arise. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products we will give you a store credit, refund, or exchange, though, as with everything, some conditions apply. Contact us at info@gruffies.pet to get started.
To return your products they must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. These products are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Additional restrictions include:
- Discounted products are not eligible for a refund
- You must contact us within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit
- Opened products are only eligible for store credit
If you receive damaged products, please get in touch with us immediately through info@gruffies.pet. We will send you a replacement product. To return a product, get in touch with us through info@gruffies.pet and we will email you a shipping label. Simply print off the label, attach it to a box with the product, and drop it off to the carrier.
